French Bulldog Stolen In Huntington Home Burglary, Reward Offered

HUNTINGTON, NY — A dog was stolen from a Huntington home during a burglary on Thursday, Suffolk police said. A person or people entered a Robin Lane home sometime between 4 and 11 p.m. and stole a French bulldog, police said. The dog, Stella, is 4 years old and approximately 20 pounds, police said. A Sony PlayStation 5 was also swiped from the house, police said. The burglar or burglars may have entered through an unlocked back door while the residents were not home, investigators said they believe. At least $8,000 in rewards is available for information. The dog's owner is offering a $5,000 reward; he can be called at 516-236-7299. Organic Pest Management Solutions is also offering $3,000 for information. Detectives are asking anyone with information on the burglary to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
