Sage, a Cattle Dog/Heeler, is looking for her forever home

Sage is a 5 year old cattle dog / heeler. She is 50 lbs, spayed, microchipped, and was taken to the vet last month where she is up to date on all of her shots. She was living on a farm where her owners rehomed her because she needed to be the only dog in the household. Unfortunately, she was rehomed to an elderly couple who live in an apartment complex where she is very well loved but does not have enough room to run. Her next home needs to be her forever home where she can thrive and have lots of room to run. She must be the only dog in the house and would prefer that her next owners have breed experience with cattle dogs. She is very true to her breed and would do best in a home where she can work/have a job to do, herd, etc. She is extremely intelligent and loyal to her owners, friendly with other humans, but is wary with other new dogs. A small rehoming fee is being asked and she will only be rehomed to the right fit.
