16 month old German wirehaired Pointer. Neutered male, up to date on all vaccines and healthcare. He knows basic search and rescue commands as well as regular commands. Does well on hikes and leashes and on Long leashes. Working on recall. He needs someone with a large backyard that is fully fenced and who is home most of the time. He needs a lot of patience! He used to go to work with me everyday but I changed jobs recently and he has not done well. He has escaped every kennel that I have bought and cannot stay loose in the house because he is destructive. He desperately needs a job to do or a yard to run in and perimeter check. He is a sweet loving dog but has extreme anxiety went away from his owners. He is on daily medication which I will provide for a few months. He needs more attention than I can give him but I want him to have the best home possible! He is a sweet loving boy! Will not do well with birds! And I do not recommend him with children younger than 14.
