NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Sebastian Tavarez, 23, of Beech Street in Manchester on first-degree assault and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of firing a Smith & Wesson M&P EZ Shield handgun around multiple people and shooting one person in the lower abdomen area on July 18 in Nashua. She was accused of stealing between $1,000 and $1,500 in merchandise from CVS in Hudson on July 3. Brittney Tinker, 34, of Rowell Road in Franklin on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methadone charge on Aug. 20 in Merrimack. Omar Correa-Torres, 31, of no fixed address in Nashua on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-suboxone and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies, on June 14 in Hudson. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on acts prohibited in January 2014 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South. Joshua Valdes, 26, of Whitney Street in Nashua on a controlled drug act; acts prohibited-dextroamphetamine and amphetamine mix charge on Sept. 3 in Nashua. Meguel Alicea-Velasquez, 49, of Doboque Street in Manchester on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Franklin Street in Nashua on July 30 after being deemed a habitual offender. David Voight, 31, of Hall Street in Manchester on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charge. He was accused of drunken driving and then crashing his vehicle on Feb. 24 in Pelham. He was accused of pointing a gun at an intimate partner on Sept. 9 in Hudson. Philip Wetmore, 31, of Cottagefield Lane in Leland, North Carolina, on a felony possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute charge on Feb. 6, 2020, in Merrimack.
