any recommendations on affordable rehearsal spots?

I travel to Sacramento once or twice a month and would appreciate recommendations on affordable rehearsal locations I can rent on an hourly basis, every couple of weeks. Enough to set up and jam, prepare for gigs etc. Probably 4 or so hours each time. Need room for the usual drums, bass, guitar etc. Thanks
