Puppy STILL needing new home

10 month old puppy needing a forever new home. Stormy is a mix according to the vet, border collie, Australian shepherd. He is very smart, loves humans and has basic training. We brought him up from Redding during the fires and decided to keep him. He is not getting along with our black lab due to our golden retriever female being in heat. He might be a good fit for a family with no other dogs. If we didn’t have other dogs we would keep him. Is great with humans. Not sure how he is with cats or other pets. Asking for a re-homing fee.
