Need advice, the people at 121 Vienna Ave are animal hoarders. AWL came and removed some of the animals, but let the dog stay & allowed the owner to kick 8 of his indoor cats outside. They are no longer feeding any of them. He was not required to get any fixed, because he said they were outside cats. I have photos of the cats inside the house, and they have also named them. I just want to help these poor babies because it's cold out and they dont deserve to be abused and neglected. As one of the neighbors, we feed them, but can't take them in, we already have the limit for what the city of Niles says is ok. Some are missing fur and had fleas. We put flea stuff on a couple. I've watched one lady kick the animals. If u know of any where that can help, please, these babies need a better life. How does someone own two Dodge Chargers and say they cant afford to get their cat fixed, so they throw it outside on the streets after getting caught hoarding 20+ cats??
