10 hour shifts - Two Caregivers Needed

I am looking to find 2 experienced female caregivers who have worked with Dementia/Alzheimer's to assist and care for a 76 year old female in her home. She is still independent when it comes to her hygiene and going to the bathroom. Right now this need is more of companionship, walk the dog, feed the dog and cat, take her to run her errands, make her meals, remind her to take her meds and make sure she's safe, but as things progress she will need more help with everything that goes along with the disease. My hope is to find someone who can work 4 days a week and the second caregiver 3 days a week and also be able to cover for each other when needed to minimize too many people coming and going. This is a long term position and looking to get started right away.
