ATLANTA, GA — Atlanta police are searching for a man who broke into a car in northeast Atlanta and stole a bag two months ago. He's been charged several times with similar crimes. Randy Ellington is wanted in connection to a Sept. 25 theft that occurred on the 1000 block of Los Angeles Avenue, according to Atlanta police. He damaged a window and stole a bag with several items inside, according to police. Officers on the scene spoke to the victim and collected evidence. Police used that information to identify Ellington as the suspect. They said the theft followed a pattern for Ellington, who currently has 11 prior arrests, including several thefts from vehicles.
