Almost 30 years of active playing bass guitar, I played everything from punk to fusion, originals and covers. Have experience playing in dives, bars, clubs to big open air festivals. Have pro gear and attitude, but looking for more laid back situation. Last 11 years have been playing a cover band (rock/pop/etc.) but not necessarily looking for the same, open to variety of situations (not including anything metal or something-core, something-country; sorry not my thing). Let me know the situation and we can take it from there. About me: 40-something with regular job and family, looking for the right thing and people to play with. I show up on time and prepared. I play to what the song needs and I am more interested in providing solid groove than fretboard gymnastics. If you are trying to "make it in the business" or need few beers or other substances to play with or in front of people I am not your guy.
