After-school Childcare needed

We are in need of someone who will be willing to watch our 7 year old daughter in our home for a few hours after school every Thursday and Friday. She gets home from school around 3:30, which is when her dad typically has to leave for his job. I work until about 6:30-7pm so we need someone to watch her in this in between time. We are a very friendly, nerdy, anime loving family that is struggling to find someone trustworthy to watch our baby girl. We suspect she has some level of autism (we haven't been able to get her diagnosed yet, however) so she needs someone who will be patient with her and that she can feel safe around. We are an animal loving family and have dogs and cats as well as a couple small caged pets, so being comfortable around animals is a must. I'm going to be upfront, we don't have much money. We can pay probably about $20/visit which I know isn't a lot in the least bit, but in these times it's all we can afford.
