Create custom metal frame!!

I'm in need of a custom metal frame which has the following dimensions: 29.25 inches X 23.625 inches X 0.87 inches Frame doesn't have to be this exact, but pretty close. I need the frame to replace the design in picture with green circle. The frame has to be perfectly flat and allow sheets of wood to be placed on top of it. I’ll use the frame for a laser machine which cuts wood. Below are some ideas as to how frame can be constructed: Like the attached picture in blue circle. By using the metal mesh in purple circle with a custom frame and inner pieces which support the frame and mesh. Please give me your estimated price including material.
