Hi, we are looking for a handy person maybe a semi-retired contractor, or former Military etc., that can come to our properties when needed to fix things around houses.
Areas of work: Cedar Park/Leander/RoundRock/East Austin areas of Texas.
We would like to offer a $150 weekly payment for 40 hours of work per month ($600 per month) with an extra $50 payment per trip. If there is no work for the month, then you take home $600 without having to do any work.
Material costs for work will be reimbursed with a copy of receipt and Tennant's signature of completed work.
Requirements:
Work would occur when tenants call about issues in their homes.
You must have your own tools and form of transportation.
Light knowledge of painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, sheetrock, and appliance installation.
