DESCRIPTION: Under the general direction of the site leader or supervisor, keep buildings and/or areas of buildings in a clean and orderly condition with a focus on offering good customer service. Must have own transportation Must be clean and presentable. Must be able to show up to work on time Must be consistent. Shifts available FT & PT 6am-10am 7am-11am 1pm-5pm 1pm-6pm 7am-5pm DUTIES • Cleans, sweeps, dust mops, wet floor mops, cleans stairwells and corridors. • Vacuum as required and needed. • Cleans bathrooms and restrooms. • Dusts furniture, walls, equipment, and building fixtures. • Gathers and empties trash. • Notifies leadership of the need to order material, supplies, need for major repairs, or any other additions to building operating systems. • Performs all other duties as assigned.
