(not mandatory, just an added bonus, if desired to the right candidate) Job Description: This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the building, grounds, and common areas of the property meet the standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality. Possible Work day could include: · Prepare apartments for new move in’s and complete “Rent Ready" checklist · Complete tenant work orders/service requests and repairs in a timely manner · Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings (not landscaping) Order Supplies as needed What we are looking for · Knowledgeable and skilled in safe use of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment · High level of professionalism · Excellent communication skills; ability to read, write and communicate effectively · Basic Skills in… • Plumbing • Drywall • Basic electrical • Painting Etc.
