Need permanent or foster home

Description

I volunteered to short term foster this dog(black dog) for a homeless friend only to have that friend skip state shortly after. He needs a home or another foster as he does not get along well with my cats. If someone could please take him and foster or adopt him i am in contact with an organization that will provide food, bedding toys etc for him throughout the fostering period. I just cant keep him much longer.
