Qualifications and Requirements: Some basic construction knowledge is preferred. Ability to work physically all day, 40 hours/week. Must show up on time and ready to work every day. Ability to take direction and work independently from time to time. Ability to consistently work at a fast pace, but always with safe work practices in mind. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Light carpenter and drywall skills and the use of basic hand and power tools are a plus. Blueprint reading a plus. Typical tasks: Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly. Must be able to stand for entire shift. Must be able to bend, twist, reach above shoulder level on a regular basis. Must be able to work outdoors or in a non-climate-controlled environment. Must be able to operate small equipment such as paint sprayers, mixers, chop saw, and hand tools. General site clean up and maintenance. Promote and maintain site safety.
