Need Help Finding a Renter/Roomate

Hello. I have a 2-bedroom apt space in Baltimore that I would like to rent out to one person/ or two roomates. I am having problems finding reliable people and Craigslist ads havent worked. I am seeking help in finding either one or two reliable people to rent space. (I still use space temporarily for office space, but need to recoup.) REQUIREMENTS: 1. Single person (no children) 2. Full time job (non-gig jobs) 3. 3-4 References 4. Makes a minimum of 2500$ per month. 5. Female preferred 6. Sober. 7. Able to afford 900 a month with roomate, or 1400 a month solo. If you can help me out, I can offer 10% of paid rent for one year.
