Decent pay. We do background checks and drug testing. Our properties are smoke free, therefore, no smoking on job. We have part time work available, 1-2 days a week, on Mondays and Wednesdays (during the day, not nights or weekends), 4-6 hours a day, doing basic help with rental properties in Clifton, do odds and ends, help organizing basements, some yard care, able to fix small things is not necessary but a plus. MUST have constant working cell phone and reliable vehicle.
Best if you live in Clifton or close to Clifton because, sometimes not often, I may need someone to respond to a situation quickly.
