Job Responsibilities:  Set up and service all roofing production crews.  Retrieve any additional material needed by each crew.  Fill out all roofing production checklists and hand to Operations Manager daily.  Inspect all roofing punch lists and schedule repairs with Operations Manager.  Report crew updates to operations manager multiple times per day.  Effectively communicate with homeowner of each job.  Make necessary returns when each job is complete.  Schedule all proper maintenance on truck.  Keep truck clean.  Assist sales department when requested.  Act as the liaison between the customer, production office, crew and suppliers.  Keep customers up to date on the status of the roofing project at all times from beginning through the final walk through.  Be actively involved with the roofing project, inspecting progress regularly.  Visiting job sites daily.  Taking photos of work in progress and completed work.  Performing minor or temporary repairs.  Delivering materials when necessary. Employment Information:  Meet at office daily at 7am for production meeting.  Full use of company vehicle daily.  $800.00 base salary per week, $900.00 per week after 6 months of employment. Salary negotiable for highly experienced applicants.  Overtime to be paid if working on a Saturday, $30 per hour. Punch clock will be used for Saturday work only.  5 company shirts will be provided.  A company iPad will be provided.  A company card will be provided to be used for fuel purchases.  5 vacation days after 12 months of service.  PTO/sick days after 90 days of service.  Any days taken prior to 3 months of service will not be paid.  Paid holiday’s: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Day after Christmas after 90 days.  Option to join company health/dental benefits after 3 months.
