searching for musicians for forming band called Phantom Harmonious

Looking for people to form a band with. Locals preferred, will eventually have a YouTube channel for our recordings, mostly looking to form a mix of folk, along with occasional bluegrass. Mostly looking for intermediate to advanced players of mandolin, banjo, bass, a guitarist, as well as at least 3 vocalists with different vocal ranges. Ages 21 and up in case we get gigs at pubs or similar events. As long as you're over 21, I don't mind too much about how old you are. Retired musicians welcome if you want to get back into performing. Auditions will start hopefully next spring.
