Cobalt Real Estate Services is a commercial real estate maintenance company looking for an Experienced maintenance field tech.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to traveling to multiple commercial shopping centers, cleaning parking lots, and perform general maintenance repairs as assigned.
Must have a reliable pick up truck.
Cobalt provides fuel reimbursements and vehicle maintenance reimbursement. Medical, dental and vision insurance available and Simple IRA available.
Cobalt performs criminal background checks and driving records for all candidates.
