Need Photo/Video coverage of Holiday Parties

I need photo and video coverage of 2 holiday parties this weekend. Sat. 11/27 5-9pm and Sun. 11/28 5-8pm. I'm looking for someone who can cover both events and who is skilled in photo and video coverage. Priority is on photo coverage, shooting 70% photo and about 30% video. Need to cover the event like a wedding grabbing posed photos, having the ability to get groups of people together, direct them and get great smiles. Also getting candid photos of the festivities, food, activities and the general splendor of the event.
