Join us at the upcoming 2021 Texas District Convention as a vendor! We invite you to take part in the upcoming 2021 Texas District Convention as a vendor. The Texas District of The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod will hold its 62nd district convention from Thursday, June 10 through Saturday, June 12, 2021 at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center in San Marcos. For your information, the event details are listed below: Date: Thursday, June 10- Saturday June 12, 2021 Location: Embassy Suites by Hilton San Marcos Hotel Conference Center & Spa 1001 E McCarty Ln, San Marcos, TX 78666 Contact person/phone number: Meredith Sterling 512.926.4272 x258 Suggested arrival time to set up display: 9 a.m. on Thursday, June 10, 2021 Display hours: There are no formal display hours but recommend staffing your display as often as possible, especially during lunch and social hours, and after sessions. The convention agenda will be on the Texas District, LCMS website soon. Participation fee: $150 for a standard table. Sponsorship options are available. Exhibit tables are 6’ x 30” and will be draped or skirted with two chairs available. More than one table may be reserved if desired. Exhibitors are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements. There are many hotels nearby should you wish to stay somewhere other than at the Embassy Suites. Tables will be reserved on a first come, first served basis.
