The Collaboration of Minority Women Professionals (CMWP) is a membership-based, woman-owned networking organization with the mission of increasing the visibility, capacity, and business profitability of professional minority women. The goal of CMWP is to acknowledge, support, and celebrate the growth and development of professional minority women, allowing them to excel within, and across, their professional and business arenas.
