A four course meal of decadence and celebration of the holidays. December's wine dinner features the comforting flavors of the holiday in both food and wine! We start with a potato christmas soup paired with Chateau Ste Michelle Dry Riesling, a flavor combination that will light up your tree! Second course will be a decadent corn pudding topped with crispy prosciutto and paired with J Lohr Arroyo Vista Chardonnay, a 92 point wine that has been picked as wine of the month last year in October. Our main course is a beef short rib paired with the warm and comforting Donnafugata Sedara. We will end the night with poached pears and burrata cheese, one of my personal favorite holiday deserts, paired with Tamari Malbec.
