Have a valid Driver's License with a minimum of 3 years Have personal transportation to and from our central office Have a good driving record that passes our insurance company’s requirements Be willing to drive a full-size company truck pulling a small cargo trailer to job sites Have a working cell phone and respond promptly to all calls from management Have a professional appearance Be dependable; able to show up on time, read and follow instructions Be physically fit; able to climb ladders, able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. at times Have excellent attention to detail, and be able to work quickly and efficiently Be able to work flexible hours; nights, early mornings, and some weekends Be able to work safely in both hot, cold, and/or inclement weather Be able to complete work projects from start to finish with limited supervision Be able to learn new procedures quickly to assist with the exhaust cleaning process Job duties include: The set-up and take-down of equipment including: hanging plastic sheeting, mixing chemicals, setting up ladders, wet/dry vacuums, pre-sprayers, garden hoses, and high-pressure hoses Pre-scraping greasy buildup from affected areas of kitchen exhaust systems Pressure washing the interior of kitchen exhaust systems (fans, ducts, and hoods) Final clean-up in kitchens by wiping down the hoods, mopping up the floors, etc. Digital photography of all work performed at each job Independent completion of work projects with limited supervision Reporting mechanical deficiencies of customer and/or company equipment to management Maintaining the cleanliness of company tools, equipment, and vehicles each night. No experience required; on-the-job training will be provided. However, previous mechanical, electrical, HVAC, pressure washing, janitorial cleaning, or kitchen exhaust hood cleaning experience is a plus.
