Join me on December 11th at the ultimate private sanctuary in north county San Diego for this incredibly special community event. Here you are safe, held, seen, and supported. My name is Jackie and I am a trauma-informed breathwork and embodiment guide. My passion is holding sacred and safe space for women as they journey home to themselves and learn to feel safe in their bodies once again.
