Local band seeks private work space

Hello, I am currently forming a local band in northern Colorado, we are all 23-25 years old and we are looking for a dedicated practice/song writing spot. We need to be able to work alone for long hours where we wont be bothering anyone with loud noises and so we can get clean recordings. Preferably a church or venue type space. It would be a bonus if we could also store some equipment there or use any available equipment. We will be willing to pay a reasonable amount, thank you for any inquiries.
