Hot Cocoa Fundraiser - benefitting American Cancer Society Hi! I'm Emile Myers. I am 11 years old and I am a 6th grade student at ESA. Each year I choose a different organization that is helping our community and I host a hot cocoa fundraiser in my driveway in Bendel Gardens Neighborhood in Lafayette, LA. I hope that you have a chance to stop by and grab a cup of delicious hot cocoa while viewing the Christmas lights in our neighborhood. Every single dollar donated to my fundraiser benefits the organization I choose each year, and this year I am excited to be helping American Cancer Society. While one the two great grandfathers that I am named after was lost to cancer, my grandmother just beat cancer this past year! I hope that my 2021 fundraiser can help to progress the mission of American Cancer Society - to save lives, celebrate lives, and lead the fight for a World without cancer. Merry Christmas Everyone!!!
