iso insured contractor or handyman to fix water damage in a bathroom. walls need to be scraped, replastered and painted, old box around pipe needs to be demoed and pipe itself needs to be scraped and repainted. i will need $1M liability and $1M general insurance as well as proof of worker's comp for a finicky building.
