An exhibition from the students of the “Through the Lens/My Lens, My Voice” Photo Project A Collaboration of THE DREAM CENTER x THE HOPE CENTER You are cordially invited to “I/WE/EYE Photo Exhibit,” an exhibition from the students of the “Through the Lens/My Lens, My Voice” Photo Project. Participants in the inaugural session of My Lens, My Voice engaged in the healing properties of photography. My Lens, My Voice is the first synergistic project of The Dream Center Harlem and The Hope Center Harlem. Join us to view the work of our community through the lens of our community. SATURDAY, DECEMBER 4, 2021 from 12-2PM RSVP at dreamcenterharlem.org or at hopecenterharlem.org. About “Through the Lens/My Lens, My Voice” Photo Project Everyone cannot articulate their pain, struggle or experience verbally yet yearn for a desire to be heard and to be seen. What if we could inspire self-expression by giving people a different way to communicate? OUR PARTICIPANTS… feel as if their voice needs to be amplified/heard; have experienced depression, anxiety, trauma, isolation, grief, loss and increased stress; have an interest in photography and learning new ways of self-expression.
