Join the SIU Alumni Association's Chicagoland Chapter before the SIU vs. Loyola game. Calling all Chicago area Salukis! Join the SIU Alumni Association's Chicagoland Chapter for the 2022 SIU Night at Loyola University Tuesday, January 25. The Association and chapter will host a pre-game event, beginning at 4:30 p.m. at The Glenwood, located at 6962 North Glenwood Ave. Light appetizers will be provided and food trucks will be available to purchase other items, as well as a cash bar. Admission to the pre-game gathering is free, but you are asked to RSVP by Thursday, Jan. 13, 2022. After the event, join the group at 7 p.m. at Gentile Arena, 6525 North Sheridan Rd. to cheer on the Saluki basketball team against the Loyola Ramblers. Purchase your game ticket here for $22 ea. Please note that all visitors must present a COVID-19 vaccine card or the results of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours before the game. As the largest and oldest organization on campus, the SIU Alumni Association has been proudly serving SIU alumni and friends since 1896.  It seeks to engage alumni, students, and friends of the university by preserving SIU traditions, promoting pride in an SIU education, and facilitating opportunities for students and alumni to connect professionally.
