Someone to keep my driveway and walkways free of snow

I'm looking for a reliable individual to keep my driveway and walkways free of snow and appropriately sanded throughout the winter months. I have an airbnb space, so I need someone with the flexibility to come more than once a day when necessary. I have used a shovel to do this work for myself, but if you have a snow-blower, a combination of snow-blowing and shoveling would work well.
