The Find the Gun for You class was designed to help you narrow down current and popular handguns to find one that suits you best! High Caliber Lady has gathered some of the most popular and top-rated handguns for you to try before you make the decision to buy! There will be approximately six semi-automatic pistols available. The price of ammunition is rolled into the cost of the class. There is nothing you need to bring! The purpose of this class is to help you find the right gun for you. This can be a complicated shopping experience if you aren’t sure what to look for. Prior to shooting, you will be given a rating sheet with each gun listed. High Caliber Lady will define some of the functions to look for while shooting. For example: purpose, price, size, sights, safety, grip, magazine capacity, etc. Without bias, each topic will be discussed to help you narrow down a few options. While there are no shooting requirements prior to attending this class, it will help the process if you first have knowledge of the basics of shooting. It is recommended to take the Introduction to Handguns class prior to attending this training if you are not familiar with the fundamentals. Registration is required in order to receive the gate code into the San Angelo Gun Club. A follow up email will be sent the week of the class, so no information is missed. This email will include required paperwork to fill out, a map of the range, what to wear, etc.
