Quality Plus Cleaners, a leading Tampa Bay Florida Retail Dry Cleaner, is looking foe a qualified Plant Manager with experience of all aspects of a dry cleaning operation and a professional approach to managing people to create an work atmosphere where all personal work together to reach company standards and goals Objective: To oversee an entire dry clean plant daily production and manage the dry clean facility production and costs while ensuring the quality standards of Quality Plus Cleaners. Duties Train, motivate, manage and work along side all production personal in a days routine of running a dry-cleaning plant Manage staffs and their schedule Handle employee relations such as interviewing, hiring and training Monitor supplies and place orders when supplies are needed Weekly reporting and meeting with the owner Pay: $1,250.00 per week Schedule: Monday thru Saturday Plants Operational Hours Experience: dry cleaner: 3 years (Required) Must have knowledge of all Dry Clean Plant Positions including Dry Cleaning techniques, Wet Cleaning techniques, Stain Removal, Dry Clean and Laundered Shirt Pressing standards Mechanical Knowledge a plus Work Location: Tampa, Florida Will Re-locate right candidate Website: qpcleaners.com
