Return to Balance: Breathe, Move, Reset (60 mins): *taught by Kristina Korhonen* Release tension from body and mind through breathing techniques and yoga postures. Mindful movement to help us reconnect with our innate intelligence of healing and wellbeing within. Towards the end of the class, we will ease into a deep relaxation and meditation to sense the harmony that is the essence of who we are. All levels welcome.
