Pro Residential Services Inc., a well-established Apartment Management Company, is immediately hiring a motivated full time Maintenance Technician that will work in Phoenix / Glendale, Arizona area. Responsibilities: • Make vacant apartments rent ready • Respond to work order requests • Perform maintenance and repairs for electrical, plumbing issues • Maintain swimming pool and ground • Interior and exterior painting as needed Qualifications: • Experience in apartment maintenance or related field preferred • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds • Reliable vehicle with valid driver's license and insurance • Required to have a personal set of general tools Must be available after hours for emergencies (on rotation).
