TAMPA, FL — A 35-year-old Tampa man has died after being resuscitated with Narcan and an automatic defibrillator after crashing into a concrete barrier on the Selmon Expressway early Thursday morning.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, at 6:25 p.m., the man was traveling in a Toyota Tacoma east on the upper deck of the Selmon Expressway near 50th Street when he lost control.
He was unresponsive when Tampa police and troopers arrived, so they used the life-saving measures to resuscitate him. He was taken to the hospital in serious condition and died Thursday night.
