Date & Time: December 9th, 2021 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Location: 11 Grammes Road, Allentown, PA 18103 HIRING FOR: Paint Line Loader/Unloaders Assemblers Packers Machine Operators Manufacturing Leads Benefits: Competitive hourly wages Medical, dental, vision benefits 401(k) with employer match Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off Hiring Bonus up to $3,000 $1.00 Shift Differential Employee discounts on top of the line products and brands such as: Stanley, Black & Decker, DeWalt, Craftsman and MORE Paint Line Loaders/Unloaders: Load and unload product onto/from conveyor line in proper sequence. Assist in line changeovers, inspect the product prior to hanging and after painting to ensure there are no defects. Assemblers: Utilize hand and power tools to assemble and disassemble cabinets to build sheet specifications. Packers: Install dividers in drawers of assembled cabinets. Pack drawers and cabinets in appropriate containers to protect products. Use a bar code system to retrieve the proper labels and move packed products to the appropriate area for shipment. Machine Operators: Operator equipment to spot weld various components such as drawers, panels, brackets, tops, and bases. Inspect all parts. of completed work. Manufacturing Leads: Lead department to ensure a safe work environment and safe behavior. Coordinate departmental training program. Maintain good employee relations by providing teams with direction, priorities, and focus. Maintain production level and quality standards of the department. All applicants must: Be willing to work in a manufacturing plant with vary climates Be able and willing to work daily and weekly overtime Be able to stand continuously for 8 to 10 hours daily Be able to lift up to 33 lbs and push and/or pull higher weight amounts Be able to twist. bend, reach, and grasp frequently Be able to speak, read, and write in English Have a High School diploma or equivalent Have basic mechanical abilitiesWhat is a Hiring Event?
