Press release from the Town of North Andover: November 24, 2021 The Community Support Services Department advances individual and community wellness and growth by providing personal support and community partnership and engagement to members of the North Andover community. Resources available include individual support and advocacy, information and referral services, and guidance through various needs. The Community Support Services Department is based out of the North Andover Police Department and works closely with all departments in the town. Community Support currently has two full-time staff members and utilizes the support of interns and volunteers. Deanna Lima, MA has been the program coordinator since the department first formed in September 2018 and Crystal Clunie, MSW joined as a Case Manager in November 2021.  The Community Support Services Department is based out of the North Andover Police Department and works closely with all departments in the town.
