Rehoming 3 year old Vizla mix

We are looking to re-home our 3 year old dog, Ginger. She is a sweet girl who will do best in a home where she is the only pet. She adores children, but she gets jealous around other dogs. She loves to play, but also is a great napper. She is microchipped and up-to-date on all her shots and flea/tick meds. It's breaking my heart to have to do this, but she's not getting along with our other dog.
