This is a Boot Camp style Martial Arts Training Curriculum that IS NOT for the WEAK AT HEART. The course is consisted of a VERY RIGID, EXTREMELY EXTENSIVE and highly structured curriculum. The curriculum requires the prospective candidate to learn techniques, terminology and to gain proficiency in a variety of training dimensions. The following are examples of what a student will be required to understand: *Physical Fitness *Knowledge of Physiology *Comprehension of Korean Karate Terminology *Business Management *Business Administration *Office Etiquette *Assessment of Physical or Mental health Barriers to Students' Training *Student Enrollment Process *Student Retention Process *Program(s) and Product Knowledge *Business Marketing and Advertising *Knowledge of local Community Schools *English Language Competency and proficiency (a must) *Proficiency in Communication Skills *Public Speaking (preferred) *Networking (a must) *Program Operations** and Development** *Childhood Development** (Preferred) *Cultural Sensitivity** *Ethics and Confidentiality *Knowledge of State, County and local municipality regulations for permits and licensing of businesses. *Children and Adult First Aid and***HEALTH ISSUES AWARENESS To qualify for certification, completion of the course's curriculum qualifies the candidate for ranking and certification through the World Tae Kwon Do Federation and/or other recognized Korean Tae Kwon Do certifying organizations.
