Although the Martial Arts is not for everyone, it may be for someone interested in advancing their career by learning how to become a Korean Karate instructor or school owner. It may possibly be the best choice you will have made by challenging your entrepreneur spirit and physical ability through combining and turning your skills by helping make a difference in the life of those who train under your supervision, regardless of their age or gender. This is a Boot Camp style Martial Arts Training Curriculum that IS NOT for the WEAK AT HEART. The course is consisted of a VERY RIGID, EXTREMELY EXTENSIVE and highly structured curriculum. The curriculum requires the prospective candidate to learn techniques, terminology and to gain proficiency in a variety of training dimensions. The following are examples of what a student will be required to understand: *Physical Fitness *Knowledge of Physiology *Comprehension of Korean Karate Terminology *Business Management *Business Administration *Office Etiquette *Assessment of Physical or Mental health Barriers to Students' Training *Student Enrollment Process *Student Retention Process *Program(s) and Product Knowledge *Business Marketing and Advertising *Knowledge of local Community Schools *English Language Competency and proficiency (a must) *Proficiency in Communication Skills *Public Speaking (preferred) *Networking (a must) *Program Operations** and Development** *Childhood Development** (Preferred) *Cultural Sensitivity** *Ethics and Confidentiality *Knowledge of State, County and local municipality regulations for permits and licensing of businesses. *Children and Adult First Aid and***HEALTH ISSUES AWARENESS To qualify for certification, completion of the course's curriculum qualifies the candidate for ranking and certification through the World Tae Kwon Do Federation and/or other recognized Korean Tae Kwon Do certifying organizations. Admission into the program is not guaranteed. The following applies only to prospective instructors. ***References are Required. No exceptions. ***Criminal Background is required. Medical issues may require waivers when possible.
