MISSING CAT RESTON VA - $100 REWARD!!!

We are looking for our cat, Nugget (also known as Boogie). $100 reward for anyone who is able to find him and return him to us!!! He is our “neighborhood” outdoor cat who we just started taking care of recently. We suspect he has an owner, but that they are not caring for him. We have not seen him since Sunday, November 21st, in the area around the intersection of North Shore Ct. and North Shore Dr. in Reston VA. Boogie is a 10-12 year old cat (by the vet’s estimate), with scruffy light orange fur and green eyes. He is about 10 pounds, he is a neutered male, and his claws are intact. He is a quiet cat and does not meow very much. He is very polite and friendly towards people, especially when there is food involved. He has some health issues, including some dental disease, which makes his mouth smell pretty stinky. He also has a large mat on his chest, which feels a bit like a lump. I get that this sounds bad, but we were in the process of getting these issues taken care of when he disappeared, and right now they are some of his best identifying features.
