Progressive metal group needs precise guitarist

Almost show ready band in need of another guitarist who can shred, compose solos, and play technical riffs (be able to play difficult rhythms and melodies) as well have the ability to count odd times and such. We are a pretty straight forward group of guys with influences of all sorts of artists. We have a studio we rent out of in NE Minneapolis called CitySound NE. We've been looking for months, but we haven't found a dude who can keep up, or have the time. We are hoping to take this project to the moon.
