Large Facility in Bethlehem, PA seeks 25+ Loaders/Unloaders Want to earn extra cash for the holidays? Come to Santa’s Workplace. Loader/Unloader-This position is a 12-hour shift. 7am to 7pm or 7pm to 7am • Responsible for unloading materials, palatalizing, stretch wrapping and checking against packing list to insure match. • Responsible for checking product matches items on the pick when loading a trailer. • Able to work inside tractor trailers moving and stacking boxes. • Must be capable of bending and lifting 28-pound cases of product and stacking on a pallet up to 8 feet high. • Must be able to load/unload up to 300 boxes per hour with a maximum of 28 pounds per box. • Be a part of a 2-3 person crew working fast paced to unload/load a trailer in under 2 hours. Each trailer averages 1200 cases. • Must be willing to unload 3 trailers per day moving up to b1800 total cases per shift. • Responsible for checking correct products are loaded into trailer. • Must use care when moving finished product from warehouse to trailer. • Responsible for area sanitation and cleanliness. • Perform duties in a safe and responsible manner and in accordance with company policy. • Perform duties at Supervisor’s request. • Must double check load ticket to ensure customer is not shorted product. Requirements and Qualifications: • Must follow company policy and practices including but not limited to the company’s attendance policy. • Must be able to work flexible schedule as required. • Must have ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English, Spanish or Chinese. • Must be able to work in a faced paced environment. • Must be able to add/subtract/multiply/divide. • Experience working in factory environment. • Overtime is Mandatory.
