Great life work balance and a positive working environment for everyone are some of the main ingredients in our recipe for success. — Event Marketing / Rental — This position is responsible for finding and creating marketing events that allow us to show off our amazing Pedego electric bikes. Ultimately this promotion translates into getting people to come try the bikes, rent the bikes, and hopefully eventually purchase the bikes. · Research & Source Marketing Events · Promote Bike Rental / Sales & Services · Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a bike tour · Make bike-tour reservations and collect required deposits · Bike rental · Provide excellent customer service to all guests, by assist in giving directions, maintain up to date information on local trails, and special events What You'll Bring: · Friendly, outgoing, upbeat and positive attitude · Passionate about the outdoors and an active lifestyle · Enjoy talking about bikes · Ability to work independently and as a team · Work a flexible schedule (day/hours) including weekends Assistant Store Manager— · Assist the store manager in all areas of day to day business operation, customer service, and merchandising and Sales · Monitor and maintain a healthy store inventory level · Maintain a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing store front · Recruit, train, and supervise employees · Managing employee schedules, and enforcing disciplinary action What You’ll Bring · Upbeat and positive attitude · Strong leadership and people management skills · Excellent communication and organization skills · Decision-making and problem-solving skills · Ability to work a flexible schedule — Sales Representative (4) — · Greet customers, provide positive and genuine customer service · Create a pressure free buying experience · Strong communication skills with customers to determine needs and match to perfect bike · Answer questions regarding available inventory · Research new bike technology to better handle customer requests · Arrange ‘test drives’ for customers before they buy · Build and maintain relationships to ensure future business · Complete customer purchase through Point of Sale Software Hourly + commission What You’ll Bring · Upbeat and positive attitude · Excellent people skills · Passionate about bikes and new technology · Ability to lift heavy inventory **We will train in-store for all products** — Lead Mechanic & Mechanic II — · Repair/ check bikes up to standards · Assembly/disassembly of bikes · Prep bikes for tours and data entry and work order updates · Maintain inventory of workshop updated · Ability to keep workspace up to company standards · Customer service oriented What You’ll Bring ·Upbeat and positive attitude ·Desire to help customers ·Ability to manage time and projects Please email with resume, thanks!
