Looking for a full time, long-term, dedicated team member to take service van daily from downtown shop to locations in or near downtown Longview to service apartments and houses that have maintenance requests, repairs, make-readies, etc. Owner has been in business since 2004. Small, well-capitalized company of about 10 people. Must live near Longview since you will be on emergency call about one week monthly. Day shift, but schedule somewhat flexible Phone provided within 2 weeks of start. Paid holidays, paid sick leave, paid vacation. Must be competent in miscellaneous, varied tasks, able to solve problems on the fly, and communicate with owner, superior, and subordinates to ensure safe, efficient, effective work. Must have valid DL and good background check and pass UA. Feel free to call with questions.
