Anyone recognize the man or woman in these photos? They went down campbell street between Peterson and Thorndale. They are scumbag theives that walk down streets late at night pulling on car door handles to find unlocked cars than ransack them to steal whatever they can find.on 11/23/2021 they were caught on video getting into my car and stealing a large amount of change,flashlights, anything they could grab.he would take one side of the street, the scumbag female would take the other as a team checking cars. Look at the man's jacket. It has a distinctive white or reflective area at the top in front and back, maybe tan pants and white tennis shoes. $100 reward if anyone can lead me to these scum of the earth, they appear to be hispanic.
