SCAMMER ALERT UPDATE -tried to sell me my own dog

Scammer alert. Some guy copied my written post of a dog I had up for adoption here on Craigslist- WORD FOR WORD. changing only the contact me part of it and made his own Craigslist Posting for a WALKER HOUND I repeatedly asked for photos - and he managed to copy and paste one of the photos from MY post and texted it to me. THEN he asked me for a deposit. So I pressed him for a meeting time and place where I could meet the dog. He said that a lot of folks were texting him and I had to put down a deposit if I wanted to meet the dog - MY OWN DOG NOW - Nov 24 at 3:30 PM from a DIFFERNT Bay area phone number 408 AREA CODE, he sent me another 2 pictures - of my own dog - taken from my post (Which I deleted yesterday when I found this fraudster) He claims he is in NYC but the phone number he texted me from is a San Francisco Area Code 929 NEVER, NEVER, NEVER,NEVER give a deposit for ANYTHING on Craigslist.
